Whether you complete your purchase as a guest or through a registered account, we collect and use only the information necessary to process your order and deliver your artwork securely. Guest checkout offers a streamlined experience with minimal data, while a registered account affords enhanced functionality, such as order history and personalised service, under the same strict privacy and protection standards.

You must carefully review and confirm all details on the payment page before submitting your order, including without limitation the particulars of each sale and the delivery information provided. This helps ensure accuracy and prevents any avoidable issues once the order is placed.

Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an email titled “Confirmation of Order,” which contains all the relevant details and constitutes formal acceptance of your purchase. This email, and the precise order reference contained therein, establishes a legally binding sales contract between you and Museum of Arcadia.

The Confirmation of Order sent to you by email is deemed to be received when it becomes accessible on your computer, mobile, or handheld device. The Confirmation of Order and any automatic recording systems used by us or the platforms will serve as documentation of a binding agreement between you and us.

Shipping is complimentary for all orders.

We only accept orders for delivery to addresses within the listed countries.Estimated delivery times are 11–14 business days within the USA and Europe.

11–17 business days for international orders to our global clientele.

These timeframes are provided as estimates and do not constitute guaranteed schedules.

Please be advised that all applicable import duties and customs formalities are complimentary and handled directly by our International Client Relations Team.

Should you receive an automated SMS or notification from the courier requesting payment, please disregard it, as this is a standard automated protocol that will be resolved internally to ensure a seamless delivery to your door.

Due to their unique, one-of-a-kind nature, artworks are final sale and ineligible for return or refund. Once purchased, each piece is expressly acquired “as is.” This policy ensures the exclusivity of ownership and preserves the integrity of our collection. All transactions are final, without exception.

Museum of Arcadia takes exceptional care in ensuring that each 1-of-1 artwork strictly complies with our quality criteria, and that it has passed all necessary technical and aesthetic controls before it is formally released to your collection.

However, should an artwork sustain damage during global transit despite our secure archival packaging, we have established a strict protocol to protect the integrity of your acquisition.

To initiate a review, you must notify our International Client Relations Team within 48 hours of the recorded delivery timestamp. This inquiry must be accompanied by clear, high-resolution photographs explicitly showcasing the specific damage to the artwork, as well as the condition of the external shipping packaging.

Upon receipt of this documentation, our Quality Assurance Team will conduct a comprehensive evaluation. An artwork will exclusively be classified as damaged if it is formally determined as such by our internal specialists following this review.

If your piece is officially declared damaged, Museum of Arcadia will immediately initiate a secure “Archival Re-issuance.” As each piece is strictly a 1-of-1 original, this protocol authorizes our laboratory to precisely recreate your exact artwork to its master specifications. Your existing Certificate of Authenticity remains fully valid and permanently bound to this re-issued piece, ensuring the provenance and absolute exclusivity of your acquisition remain perfectly intact.

By placing an Order through the Site, You represent and warrant that You possess the legal authority and capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that You are at least the age of majority in Your jurisdiction of residence.

If You are under the legal age of majority, You represent and warrant that You are accessing the Site and placing an Order with the express permission and under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a minor to use the Site, the parent or legal guardian accepts full liability for: (i) the minor’s conduct online; (ii) controlling the minor’s access to and use of the Site; and (iii) the consequences of any misuse by the minor.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service or cancel any Order if We have reason to believe that a customer does not meet these eligibility requirements or is acting without appropriate supervision.

Acquisition of an original artwork from Museum of Arcadia grants the purchaser limited rights strictly as defined herein and in our Terms of Use. Upon purchase, the buyer becomes the lawful owner of the physical artwork itself. Ownership does not extend to any intellectual property rights, copyright, or licensing of the image, design, or concept.

The owner may display the artwork in private settings and, subject to the conditions stated below, may resell it to another buyer. The right to resell is limited to transferring ownership of the physical piece only; it does not include any right to reproduce, publish, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the artwork in any form. All restrictions on reproduction, public display, and commercial use, as set forth in our Terms of Use, apply fully and without exception. Buyers are strongly advised to review the Terms of Use in full before making any purchase or transfer.

Where a resale occurs, it is the sole responsibility of the new purchaser to request and obtain the corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) from the previous owner. Museum of Arcadia is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any private transactions conducted outside of its official platforms or verified sales channels, nor for the transfer or failure to transfer, any related documentation in such transactions. Our role and obligations end upon the completion of the original sale via our authorised channels.

These rights are final, limited, and non-transferable except as expressly provided herein. Any use of the artwork outside the scope of these rights constitutes an infringement and will be subject to enforcement under applicable laws.

Each artwork is transposed onto museum-grade, 100% cotton Hahnemühle Baryta measuring 67.1 × 67.1 cm (26.4 × 26.4 in.). It is secured behind anti-reflective optical museum glass and housed within an emblematic, hand-joined solid wood frame finished in a striking Anthracite veneer, bringing the complete piece to 100.6 × 100.6 cm (39.6 × 39.6 in.). Crafted for uncompromising archival permanence, the piece will defy degradation and preserve its fidelity for centuries.

A Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) will be delivered as a PDF file to the email address you provide. Please ensure the accuracy of your information before completing your order, as the CoA is the official record of authenticity and ownership. Only the lawful owner is entitled to the limited usage rights outlined in our Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale.
