Terms of Use

Unless otherwise stated, all elements you see or access across the platforms, including but not limited to images, photographs (including depictions of individuals), illustrations, icons, text, video clips, graphics, and written content (collectively, Museum of Arcadia Materials), are protected under intellectual property laws including, without limitation, copyright, design, and trademark legislation, as well as international treaty provisions and national laws.

No Museum of Arcadia Material may be sold, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any commercial or public purpose, without express prior written permission from Museum of Arcadia. This includes, without limitation, the display or communication of Museum of Arcadia Materials on other websites, social platforms, or digital environments of any kind.

In the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, any right to access or utilise Museum of Arcadia Materials will immediately terminate, and all copies, downloads, or reproductions must be permanently destroyed. Unauthorised use may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or communications regulations.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and insignia (collectively, the Trademarks) appearing on the platforms are the exclusive property of Museum of Arcadia, whether registered, unregistered, or otherwise lawfully protected. In some cases, Trademarks are used under license granted to Museum of Arcadia by third parties. All other Trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing contained on the platforms shall be construed, whether by implication or otherwise, as granting any license or right to use any Trademark without the prior written permission of Museum of Arcadia or the respective rights holder. Misuse of the Trademarks or any other site content is strictly prohibited.

All content, including but not limited to the Museum of Arcadia Materials, appearing on the platforms is either protected under Copyright © Museum of Arcadia, or is lawfully licensed for exclusive use by Museum of Arcadia. All rights are strictly reserved.

All artworks displayed on Museum of Arcadia platforms, including their digital representations, images, titles, descriptions, and associated content (collectively, the Artworks), are protected under copyright, intellectual property, and design legislation, as well as international treaties and legal provisions worldwide.

No Artwork, in whole or in part, may be reproduced, downloaded, altered, published, publicly displayed, distributed, or otherwise exploited in any form or medium, physical or digital, without the prior written authorisation of Museum of Arcadia.

Display of Artworks on our platforms does not grant users, visitors, or any third parties any rights of ownership, reproduction, commercial use, or distribution of any kind. Unauthorised use, including photographing, copying, reproducing, or digitally capturing any Artwork or its representation, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of intellectual property law.

Only the rightful owner of a specific physical Artwork, having acquired it directly through Museum of Arcadia or its authorised channels, may exercise certain limited rights pertaining to that Artwork. These rights do not include commercial reproduction or public use, and are governed strictly and exclusively by the terms outlined in our Conditions of Sale. Any use of an Artwork, including resale, display, or transfer, must comply with those conditions.

Any misuse of Artworks may result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, breach of contract, or violation of applicable international protections.
